Domingo, 20 de marzo de 2011. El interminable aguacero de 1970. 31 de enero de 2010. Extrañas lloviznas, techos de nubes y un sol intermitente nos están haciendo vivir en Lima un verano inusual. Sin embargo, la capital peruana ya ha sido testigo de similares trastornos climáticos. Nuestros padres y abuelos deben recordar el insólito diluvio que azotó la Ciudad de los Reyes hace algunas décadas. Fueron 17 litros de agua por metro cuadrado que martillaron durante varias horas las viviendas.
